Will and Kara: Married | District Winery Photographer | Creative DC Wedding Photographer

Kara and Will got married during the cherry blossom festival in DC.
Scratch that… not just during it. On it. All up in it.
They got married the day of the parade.
Initially, we had made plans to head down to the basin on the way to the church for photos… but it just wasn’t going to happen.
I was dreading having to tell Kara not only were there WAY to many people and too much traffic to make it possible, but that the trees had kind of lost their oomph and were kind of bare.
And then I turned into her parents’ culdesac… and found the most perfect cherry blossom trees.
And all was solved.
You literally could not have asked for a more perfect spot… and there it was right in front of their house.
