Ryan and Kristine | Brookside Gardens Wedding | Washington DC Documentary Wedding Photographer
I say it all of the time… but I really do have the very best clients. AND I always leave their weddings wishing I was a part of their inner-friends circles…
Kristine and Ryan are definitely some of those people.
(As if their engagement session didn’t make that obvious.)
Their families are great. Their friends are great. Their entire day was full of so many happy moments and laughs… even through the passing of Kristine’s Grandmother on the same day.
If you can laugh and look as happy as they did ALL while dealing with family sadness…Â that takes a lot of love.
From the beginning to the end… they took their entire day and made it theirs…
Brookside Gardens was the perfect spot with the perfect light.Â
and their ceremony was so full of love and special things that it may have been the longest one I have ever photographed… and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
They included gifts from special people… a bunch of readings… really amazing personal vows… and they played/sang a song they wrote together.
(I told you they’re awesome.)
They chowed on pizza for dinner, had a parade to the dance floor… and danced the night away under the sky and twinkle lights… and ended it with Ryan playing everyone out.
I think I may have posted 1,000,000 photos… but it’s worth it.
AND you’ll get to see them again on the blog… because we’ll be meeting up this spring to take more wedding portraits of the two of them. <3
Big ol’ thanks to Carletta for second shooting with me and being an all around awesome person to hang out with.
