Three events. Two Days. And just about 1,000,000 moments of happiness.
Sarah and Ankur married at Castle Hill Cider in Keswick, Virginia… actually, technically, they married twice.
One part Indian Wedding Ceremony… One part Western Family Ceremony… and TWO nights filled with HUGE GIANT DANCE PARTIES.
I love a good dance party… and this was basically two solid days of dancing.
I could get used to being a Virginia Indian Wedding Photographer. Sign me up.
The Sangeet was held Saturday night before the wedding(s) at the Charlottesville Senior Center
and the Baarat, Indian Ceremony and Western Ceremony were all held on Sunday at my most favorite Castle Hill Cider.Â
Sarah and Ankur requested almost no portraits and really just wanted moments from the entire day… and despite the rain, I think we managed to do exactly that.
I really tried to NOT make this the world’s longest blog post… but it is three ceremonies worth of moments… so, no promises.
BIG GIANT HUGE THANKS TO Steve Dalgetty of the one and only An Endless Pursuit for coming out on Sunday and shooting all day with me on his day off.
