Marfa, Texas Wedding Photographer | April 2, 2016
Valerie and Mitty. Where do I even start?
Marfa is on every hipster’s vacation bucketlist. (Myself included.)
Being a Marfa Wedding Photographer was definitely on my photography bucketlist.
It’s in the middle of no where West Texas… Beyonce’ has been there… and it’s nothing but new artsy businesses and run down buildings.
(Pretty much my dream come true.)
It is glorious and wonderful and the perfect setting for weddings… so much so, it has very much became a wedding destination.
I am more excited about this set of photos than I have been about anything I’ve shot in a very long time.
It may be because it was unintentionally the re-launch of my very own business.
It may be because the wedding was just so kickass and the guests had a blast and everyone was so filled with joy the entire weekend.
Despite those things, I’m pretty sure it’s just because the two of them are the best people on the planet.
Valerie and Mitty tied the knot in Marfa, Texas at the Capri on April 2nd.
I couldn’t be happier that I was able to shoot their wedding.
Big, HUGE, immeasurable thanks goes out to the uber-talented Dan Dalstra for driving over and second shooting with me.
Huge thank yous also go out to Cobra Rock Boot Company and Ballroom Marfa for letting us invade yo’ spaces.
I don’t even need to say anything else about it… Just look at the photos.
